1. General Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. This means you have exactly 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@homenovu.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (or instructions on where to send your package).
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
